A Message from Our Founder
After more than 15 years working in caregiving and community support, I have witnessed firsthand the emotional, physical, and financial pressures that families carry while trying to care for the people they love. I have worked alongside individuals during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, and those experiences have shaped not only my career, but my passion for caregiving and support.
Care Compass was created from a simple but deeply personal belief: everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and cared for with dignity.

As families and caregivers ourselves, we understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate care needs while trying to balance work, family, health, and everyday life. Too often, people are left feeling alone in moments when they need guidance and compassion the most. Care Compass was created to help bridge that gap.
We are committed to providing thoughtful, dependable, and person-centered support to individuals and families throughout London and Middlesex County. Whether we are assisting seniors, supporting caregivers, or helping families coordinate care, we approach every interaction with empathy, respect, and integrity.
Our goal is not only to provide services, but to create peace of mind — helping people feel more confident, connected, and supported through life's transitions and challenges.
